Inasse Aljami has over twelve years of experience in financial advisory, with expertise focused on Transaction Services.
She has developed significant experience within leading international firms where she led financial due diligence, performance analysis and valuation engagements on behalf of investors and strategic groups.
Her experience covers all transactional phases: due diligence, modeling and valuation, contractual documentation review and fundraising execution. She has supported international investment funds and groupes stratégiques on transactions carried out in Morocco, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, in sectors such as real estate, education, industry and telecommunications.
Inasse Aljami holds a degree from the Normal Cycle of ISCAE Casablanca (2011) and is a certified public accountant candidate.
